Because of delays during covid we broke up the order to seperate orders. The guys were always in touch giving me updates. When they received a partial order they were very helpful in sending me what I needed. Everyone is very professional and kind and patient. I would strongly recommend using their installation services unless your contractor is familiar with the window brand you select. I needed their service to make repairs to damages caused by my contractor and they could not have been more accomodating getting me the parts.
