I love my new OKNA 600 windows. Kudos to the AGM team, starting with Paul and lead installer Oscar, great job coordinating the replacement of our 30+ windows. A big SHOUTOUT to the installers, Armando, Luis and Ambrosio, a highly professional, well oiled, efficient team, GREAT JOB. I highly recommend AGM to anyone looking to replace their old windows, Price, Quality and Servce can’t be beat.
Paul and his team were great from start to finish. Sales process was not agressive or pushy. Paul came in and did the measurements himself and then during the final decisions he told me that the Okna 600s were good enough for what my house needed and not to spend the extra $$ on the 800s. Window install process was simple and they got the job done fast. High quality work with an owner who stands behind the quality of the labor. We had an issue with the door installation but Paul worked with us to keep sending his guy out until we were 100% satisfied.
We were looking to replace nearly all of our vinyl windows and from start to finish, everything went great with AGM. As others have said, meeting with Paul was refreshing as it was a straight-forward approach and nothing at all felt sales-y. The meeting with him was very comfortable and we appreciated the info and breakdown. Having met with multiple other contractors prior to this, AGM was far and away the best choice. Comparatively, they were priced much more fairly, scheduled the job quicker and once ready to go, everything was done in a day.
