“I machine washed a winter parka I shouldn’t have and ripped one of the inside fabric panels.
I had visited the shop before and noticed all of the precision sewing machines behind the front counter, so I decided to give them a try.
The woman, I wish I could remember her name, examined the damaged seam and stated that it would require a hidden stitch, how much was the repair (reasonable), come back in a couple of days to pick it up.
Boy was I amazed by the handiwork.
I couldn’t tell that it had been damaged beforehand.

“Interesting set of reviews, but most are old. I've been using this cleaner for about a year, since Jeannette's closed. I've only brought shirts and white lab coats, but they have done a consistently good job on all of them. Yes, it's expensive, but it's convenient, and I don't know for a fact that anybody else is significantly cheaper.“
