I have to say I’ve been to quite a few doctors offices in my time, including urgent care and hospitals and there’s only two doctors offices I’ve ever liked my hometown I grew up and this doctor’s office. I have to admit Cooper internal medicine impressed me getting an appointment was fast and easy. They make accessing your chart, extremely simple and quick as well as deliver fast results and care for their patients. First visit and they give me the works bloodwork everything solved my issue same day. I’m definitely gonna be making this my PCP and be going there for as long as I live in the area. Had a business appointment in this office. Front Desk Rep Leah was very patient and worked hard to ensure needs were met. Nurse Educator Danae gave exceptional service to the client and made the learning experience comfortable and easy. Based off the professionalism and care that was displayed, I highly recommend this practice for endocrine needs in the Pennsville area.
Had a great first visit with Dr Harry Bach and his supervisor, Dr Jan. He was very kind, thorough and patient as I explained my medical history and concerns about getting good healthcare. I was given a healthcare plan for the next 6 weeks with referrals to specialists. Hopefully my next visit In 6 weeks will be just as good.
