I had my dining room, hallway and steps sanded and refinished. The floors came out better than I expected!!!! The guys were extremely professional. There was hardly any dust. I would highly recommend them for your floors.

Wan was a referral from a friend. Came out on a Saturday to measure and give us an estimate which I thought was a good first impression. The estimate came in at almost half the cost of the other we received and we decided to go with Wan. He could get started during a week we weren't going to be in the house anyway and our referral had a good experience.

The floors look great but my baseboards and shoe moulding are completely covered in the stain and poly. I'm talking every single square inch on my first floor. Wans flooring came out and made our old floors look so good!! We had a section that needed repairs and replacement. They took the damaged wood out and replaced and stained the replacement wonderfully! We used Wans flooring many years ago on another home too. We are so pleased with our floors and so happy with their work and especially owners service. Pricing is very good and the work is awesome. Thanks you Wan's !
