“Jefferson and Cameron did a fabulous job on my burbur carpet in my sunroom . NO more signs of doggie messes. They also steam cleaned my kitchen and laundry room floors. They too, look fabulous! I highly recommend this team from Stanley Steemer. Thank you”
“I called National Rug Cleaners because they were highly recommended and I now know why. The woman who answered the phone was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. She asked about my rugs and gave me the total price immediately. I told her one of the rugs was badly stained in a few places. She told me they would make sure the rugs were cleaned thoroughly and free of stains, at no extra charge for stain removal. I asked about the free pick up and delivery because I live 60 miles from their facility. She told me there was no charge and set up a pick up day and time within the week. She also gave me the name of the pick up person, Sergio, which is so important when you are entrusting them with fairly expensive rugs. We received a reminder call a half hour before pick up. Sergio was also polite and professional. Once they had our rugs, we received a call to let us know the approximate day the rugs would be ready for delivery. 4 days later, I was told the delivery day which was 2 days earlier than expected, and the time. Again, I was notified 30 minutes prior to delivery. Leo not only delivered the rugs, but also helped to put down the pads, rugs, and move the furniture back into place, all in a very friendly, helpful, professional manner. When I first was quoted the price, it was a bit more than I expected, but now that I have my rugs back, beautifully clean, in just 8 days, I know I got a bargain and could not be more satisfied! Exceptional service from beginning to end!”
“Very interesting collection. The older gentleman was very knowledgeable with a ton of humor. I showed him a picture of my living room and he immediately knew what fits best. Good prices too. Guy even helped pack it in my car. Definitely will be back soon; Highly recommend!”
