Paterson Heating & Cooling is the best. The technician, Ahmed, fixed refrigerators and store ACs good, with nice cooling. He responded immediately, was on time, and extremely efficient, going above and beyond to get everything running. He genuinely cares for clients, explained what was going on, and didn’t cut corners. Shahbaz also works very hardworking, honest, and diligently. When calling for a quote, they’re polite and professional, and they don’t make you buy something you don’t need. They treat you like family, and everything’s been running perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone.
Had my store's AC go down and Ahmed responded immediately. He was on time, extremely efficient, and went above and beyond to get everything back up and running.
