Let me tell you -- I was so surprised when Tal came and did a consultation and gave us the rundown. He pointed out issues we didn't even know were problems (such as mold build up on the floor due to the heater and other places where mold hides). They were also honest about getting to the root of the issue versus covering it up -- as mold can become problematic for our health. I wish I could give Aslan cleaning 10 stars! I had visited the shop before and noticed all of the precision sewing machines behind the front counter, so I decided to give them a try.
The woman, I wish I could remember her name, examined the damaged seam and stated that it would require a hidden stitch, how much was the repair (reasonable), come back in a couple of days to pick it up.
Boy was I amazed by the handiwork.
I couldn’t tell that it had been damaged beforehand.
