My girlfriend and I had Samuel tattoo a New York City skyline tattoo in fineline style. It looks great, and even after he finished his work, he was open to further questions and had tips to offer. Uplift Tattoo, especially Samuel, is highly recommended. The shop is stylish, clean, and all the staff made a friendly and professional impression.
