I don't even know how to start.. This problem is getting out of hand. My name is Carlos Chavez and I have been a client of Dr. Castillo for many years.The office I visit is the one in Passaic.. Now you have a person who is doing the billing who doesn't even know what's happening,.. which is very bad for you !! organization!!!.I have already given all my insurance payments...Not just once, 3 times and they keep increasing my payment.They tell me the girl who worked there is no longer there and , they don't know about the papers Now they're charging me an old account that never was..3 or 4 years ago. When I called, they told me it was a computer problem.I'm tired of going there and trying to resolve this as people, but it's not possible. I already gave them my insurance papers and my portion of the payment. I called , but I see there's no solution. That manager is useless. They've already lost me as a client and will lose more. I'll send you the documents.

I'm not going to pay $441.80 for something they don't even know where it came from. They've been charging me this money for years, and they told me to forget about it, that it was a computer error. I went there in person, and they made copies of everything for nothing; they didn't even give me an answer. The person they have working there is incompetent and doesn't know anything. They've already lost me as a customer. and Jacky never anwers me i went to the office they copy my papers they tall me dont worry I never heard from them again.but they keep send the statement horrible I'm not the only one.

I’ve had numerous fillings done here, and the cleanings are phenomenal with hygienist Samantha. Her attention to detail is top-notch, and she has the softest hands—you’ll have a great, comfortable experience in her chair.

“Dr.Sherzoy is awesome. I love his personality and his genuine care for his patients. He seems to love what he does and doesn't mind fixing problems to make his patients happy. I love his smile its sincere .He is willing to share his knowledge with his workers and doesn't even mind showing his patients a few tricks on how to keep their dentures in tip top shape and how to carefully change tightening rings for the perfect fit. He's a great dentist and I would recommend him to anyone I meet because of his personality alone. But , his knowledge and attention to detail is a true selling point and I will always chose him as my #1 dentist. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome.
