I don't even know how to start.. This problem is getting out of hand. My name is Carlos Chavez and I have been a client of Dr. Castillo for many years.The office I visit is the one in Passaic.. Now you have a person who is doing the billing who doesn't even know what's happening,.. which is very bad for you !! organization!!!.I have already given all my insurance payments...Not just once, 3 times and they keep increasing my payment.They tell me the girl who worked there is no longer there and , they don't know about the papers Now they're charging me an old account that never was..3 or 4 years ago. When I called, they told me it was a computer problem.I'm tired of going there and trying to resolve this as people, but it's not possible. I already gave them my insurance papers and my portion of the payment. I called , but I see there's no solution. That manager is useless. They've already lost me as a client and will lose more. I'll send you the documents.

I'm not going to pay $441.80 for something they don't even know where it came from. They've been charging me this money for years, and they told me to forget about it, that it was a computer error. I went there in person, and they made copies of everything for nothing; they didn't even give me an answer. The person they have working there is incompetent and doesn't know anything. They've already lost me as a customer. and Jacky never anwers me i went to the office they copy my papers they tall me dont worry I never heard from them again.but they keep send the statement horrible I'm not the only one.

I’ve had numerous fillings done here, and the cleanings are phenomenal with hygienist Samantha. Her attention to detail is top-notch, and she has the softest hands—you’ll have a great, comfortable experience in her chair.

“I must first say that I was nervous about going to a new dental practice but all that dissolved away at my first visit. Actually it began before I got there through my initial conversation with the receptionist. I was treated as a valued client from the outset and was very pleased with all my interactions with various staff members. The X-ray procedure was skillfully and kindly handled and was truly the most comfortable full-mouth X-ray I have ever experienced.

Dr. Manji and Carla were simply amazing at putting me at ease. I was also very impressed with the high level of respectfulness they exhibited in communicating with each other throughout my subsequent treatments. Generous use of 'please' and 'thank you' among them felt so positive and re-assuring. It spoke volumes of their solid commitment to being excellent in their professions.
