I don't even know how to start.. This problem is getting out of hand. My name is Carlos Chavez and I have been a client of Dr. Castillo for many years.The office I visit is the one in Passaic.. Now you have a person who is doing the billing who doesn't even know what's happening,.. which is very bad for you !! organization!!!.I have already given all my insurance payments...Not just once, 3 times and they keep increasing my payment.They tell me the girl who worked there is no longer there and , they don't know about the papers Now they're charging me an old account that never was..3 or 4 years ago. I called first thing in the morning in a full panic, needing an emergency appointment, and they were incredibly accommodating.
Mr. Castillo took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns before starting my procedure, which really helped put me at ease.
I went in with a chipped front tooth, expecting that I’d need to spend a large amount on a porcelain veneer. However, Mr. Castillo was honest and reassuring, explaining that wasn’t necessary at this time. He offered a more affordable alternative that worked perfectly and mentioned that we could revisit the option of cosmetic veneers in the future if needed.

I have known Dr. Castillo for more than 20 years. He and his wife are dentists providing top notch dental services for many years. Their practice is very well run with an excellent front office staff that has also been with them for many years. Dr. William Castillo is a soft spoken gentle dentist with a wonderful bedside manner. His skills as a dentist are superior and he takes all of the time he needs when attending a patient. He cuts no corners and just leaves you with the very best smile and dental health.
