I met with Rachel regarding retirement planning and was told paperwork would be emailed to me afterward. It was never sent. After following up and being told it would go out that day, I still received nothing.

For something as important as retirement planning, reliability and attention to detail matter. The lack of follow-through was disappointing and concerning.

The wages on our state return were entered incorrectly by this accounting team, which resulted in us owing additional taxes plus accrued interest. While we understand mistakes can happen, we expected them to take responsibility for the error. I’ve reached out to Steven multiple times requesting that they cover the interest portion, but I’ve received no response. This is not how you treat clients. I would not recommend this accounting team to anyone.
