I have been a client for 7 years. The service has been has been great. All questions have been answered in a prompt and professional manner. The CSI Group is up on all of the new tax laws in today’s ever changing economy. If there’s a problem their on it. I highly recommend.
My parents have been been going to the CSI Group close to 20 years, if not more. When it came time for me to start filling my own taxes, my parents suggested submitting them to CSI Group with theirs. Now I have been using CSI Group for 8 years! They are incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and timely with everything they do! I started working as a freelance contractor and quickly realized I had no idea what to do since I would no longer have taxes taken out of my pay check. I called CSI Group, setup a meeting and they took the time to explain my options.
The CSI Group staff have prepared my taxes for many years. My tax returns have consistently been efficiently prepared, any questions or clarifications have been addressed clearly, and the fees charged are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company and feel fortunate to be a long term client.
