I was impressed the tech Romel took his time and pay extra close attention because it was my initial service. I shared with him my horrid experience with another company he assured me that would not be the case with Aptive. He explained what he was doing and why. He actually listened to me and answered all my questions. I would recommend to friends and family.
They have been great! I love that they can come while I’m not home. They communicated with me the whole time on what they were doing and even sent photos to show where they were applying treatment. Top notch!
The gentleman that came to my home was friendly, kind, and listened actively. I pointed out my concerns, which were wasps, mosquitoes, roaches, spiders, and silverfish. He treated for all of them and educated me on what needed to be done before starting. He did a great job
