“I had a great eyebrow wax experience overall. Ava was amazing—so gentle and precise that I almost fell asleep during my service. She really made me feel comfortable, and my brows came out perfect.

Check-in was smooth and quick, which I appreciated. Checkout, however, felt a bit rushed. I didn’t really have a chance to speak before being guided straight to the card reader and asked about the tip. I also had a coupon, which I had to mention after the payment explanation. The interaction felt a little monotone and transactional. I would have preferred a bit more warmth or light conversation before checkout to round out the experience.

The staff here are amazing, they are all sweet people, I loved talking with everybody, especially with Maribel as she was doing my hair. Talking with Maribel feels like I’m talking with a therapist lol, she’s a great listener and gives amazing advice if you need them about almost anything really. Not only on life but if you need advice for hair, she will give you the best advice you need to make you look beautiful. I came in the salon asking for help and I came out with a smile on my face. Maribel told me to get a curly cut for my hair and to cut it so my hair falls front instead of my hair splitting in the middle, she also told me that she would style it for me.
