We used this agency for over a year and they sent about 20 different aides since we need days, nights and weekends coverage. That’s what they get, 2 stars. That’s a C grade. They of course would blame their clients for their shortcomings but disrespect behind fake smiles is how they roll. I would never hire them again but they are a “preferred” provider vis a vis our insurance company. The operations manager Gemma is particularly one to be wary of. Document all communications closely. Check your invoices closely
