I had a great experience at eyetoeye. I have very sensitive ears and the staff were super patient and accommodating with helping me pick out the best frames. Highly recommend if they are in your insurance network!!

I had a great experience at Eye to eye, thanks to Andre. He helped us pick our glasses, and what really stood out was his approach. He gave us plenty of space to explore without any pressure. Unlike some places where staff either push too many recommendations or barely assist at all, Andre struck the perfect balance.

He offered helpful suggestions when needed but still allowed us to take our time and make our own decisions. He never rushed us and was very patient throughout the process. On top of that, he was extremely knowledgeable-he clearly explained everything, including our insurance, in a calm and easy-to-understand way.
