I was from out of town and I stopped in there one day and my eyes examined and they sent my new pair of glasses to me within a week and a half. They were amazing to deal with in the staff was super nice. I will definitely be back when I’m in town.
I bought a pair of sunglasses in Europe and the arm was bent. I stopped into Cohen's. The tech, John told me it was pretty bent and he wasn't sure he could save it..did I want to take the risk? Given I could'nt wear them in the current condition, I gave him the go ahead. In 5 minutes, he fixed them, gratis, and I was able to walk right out of the store. Thank you John!!
