“After talking with Joe about this project for a while, I hired Garrett Group to fully renovate my bathroom, converting the tub to a shower, moving a radiator, installing vanity lights etc. Their team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. “My need for exploring renovation options started when I became unable to use my bathroom because it was too small to reconfigure for wheelchair access. After receiving many estimates, I chose CGT. Not only did they propose the lowest cost, but the owner was eager to understand my situation and determine exactly what I needed. Together, we decided to use an adjacent room to create a new, much larger bathroom and convert the old bathroom into a “roll-in” closet.As construction progressed, I found that the project manager and workers were always on time, professional, competent, and very approachable. The all-important communication process (within CGT and between CGT and me) was ongoing, productive, and reassuring; we were a “team” and everyone was on the same page. Furthermore, if something wasn’t quite right, it was addressed immediately and conscientiously.Looking back at the whole process, I greatly appreciated the quality workmanship, and that they did the job exactly the way I wanted and needed it to be done. But most important to me was that they really cared about doing the very best job possible, and that the entire project was handled with integrity.Now that the construction is done, I can say the closet and bathroom are beautiful and the full accessibility perfectly meets my various needs, which is truly priceless!“

They did such a beautiful job after i had just finished renovating! They got my house back together and even got completely rid of the sewage smell! Which let me tell you, the mitigation company treated 3 diff times and couldnt even do that. They replaced the entire Hvac system, replaced all the air ducks, new sub pump and clean out, treated all the wood and areas with kills, replaced walling /insulation and laid new flooring down. kitchen cabinets/counter/sink, trim work, all new doors, painted walls…..the whole 9! The workers were literally there promptly EVERY DAY the same times and were hardworking, trustworthy, and knowledgable. GREAT Guys!!!!!So much so that it allowed me to focus on work as I was comfortable enough to leave them alone in my home while i attended work. “I truly can't say enough good things about this company! Really quick response time, very caring staff, and impeccable craftsmanship. They were always upfront about where they saw issues in our home and checked in later in the month to make sure everything was still ship shape. A bit more detail about what we had done - Our house had some sort of pest in the ceiling that was driving our cats and dog crazy. We had an exterminator come, but he was useless, saying that we would have to wait for the vermin to die in the ceiling and to let the smell dissipate once it died. :/ Thankfully, we then called Mike. He agreed that the exterminator's plan was not optimal, and, after discussing options, he cut a hole in the ceiling to install a humane trap and put a cover over the hole that looks like it had always been in the house. He checked all places a rodent could get in, literally from the roof to the foundation, and patched all holes. There was flashing that was peeling off around our roof that he fixed, and huge holes in our basement that led to the backyard, as well as our hoarder neighbor's house. Mike and his crew worked around my hectic schedule, came within 24 hours to set up traps, and removed anything that was caught. It is apparent how much Mike and Evolution care about their customers, and we are grateful to have people we can trust in our home. Thanks to their efforts, our home is now pest free!“
