Lexy exudes a very cheerful cozy environment where you feel like you are hanging out with friends despite both Mr. Na and Jennifer being very professional. Jennifer is genuinely sweet and kind and goes out of her way to help all of Lexy's customers feel comfortable. They work well as a team. Since appointments are required, there isn't a wait (very prompt), and the salon is never overcrowded.
