Lexy exudes a very cheerful cozy environment where you feel like you are hanging out with friends despite both Mr. Na and Jennifer being very professional. Jennifer is genuinely sweet and kind and goes out of her way to help all of Lexy's customers feel comfortable. They work well as a team. Since appointments are required, there isn't a wait (very prompt), and the salon is never overcrowded.

I have unusually fine hair for an Asian person that most stylists find extremely difficult to cut. Most simply suggest perms or very short cuts. My sister, who is also a long time customer, recommended Mr. Na. Since the very beginning, he continues to go above and beyond. He actually took the time to figure out what works for my extremely fine hair and excitedly suggested new styles each time I went to him until we figured out what's good for me which actually took a couple of years. I am very grateful as I no longer have insecurities about having unstylish limp hair. Mr. Na is a very hard working, thoughtful professional who is committed/dedicated to his customers.
