“I decided it was finally time to have a professional take care of my hair again after not going to a hairstylist in almost a decade! 😩 One of the biggest reasons I stopped going was because I just couldn’t find a Dominican salon in Bergen County that I really felt comfortable with. I’ve been to the braiding shops, but that was about it. So, I decided to do a Google search and came across all the wonderful reviews for Marisol Hair Center. After reading the reviews, I decided to reach out and make an appointment—and I’m SO glad I did!

From the moment I walked into Marisol’s suite, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Her suite is absolutely beautiful—clean, modern, cozy, and very inviting. You can tell she takes pride in her space and in the experience she provides for her clients.

I knew my hair needed some serious TLC. I needed a good cut, deep conditioning, and a whole lot of love! 😂 I haven’t had a relaxer in 15 years, so needless to say, Marisol definitely had some work to do. My hair was long overdue for professional care.

I’ll admit, I was a little nervous at first because of the language barrier, but honestly, I worried for nothing! Marisol was so personable, patient, and attentive. She took the time to look at my hair, understand what it needed, and explain what she was doing. I never felt rushed, and I could tell she genuinely cared about the health and condition of my hair—not just making it look good for the day.

And let me tell you… THE SILK PRESS!!! 😍🔥 I was absolutely amazed at how beautiful my hair looked and felt when she was finished. My hair was smooth, shiny, soft, bouncy, and had so much movement. I couldn’t stop looking at it! After not having my hair professionally done for so many years, this was exactly the experience I needed to remind me how good it feels to have someone who truly knows what they’re doing take care of your hair.

I honestly feel like I’ve found my new hairstylist! ❤ I’m so happy I took a chance and booked with Marisol, and I’m already looking forward to my future appointments. I know my hair needs some time, patience, and consistency to get back to being healthy, and I feel confident that I’m in good hands with her.
