Customers have appreciated the cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere of the spa, as well as the professional and courteous massage therapists. The therapists take the time to understand each customer's pressure preferences and focus on areas that require extra attention. The prices are reasonable, and the spa is popular, so it is recommended to call ahead and make an appointment. However, there was one instance where a customer felt uncomfortable when asked for additional tip after they had already given a generous tip. The customer was expecting an apology or explanation for the misunderstanding.
I had an excellent massage with Susan at Comfort Spa in Westwood. It was my first time seeing her, and she was truly outstanding. I had a lot of tightness in my shoulders and neck, and she knew exactly how to work through it with the right amount of pressure and care.
The full body massage was excellent from beginning to end, and I left feeling so much better, lighter, and more relaxed. Honestly, it was one of the very best massages I have had over the years.
I highly recommend Susan and Comfort Spa.
