Service is also good .. the only issue is they have very less options for 12-13 yr old kids .. we found only 2-3 frames which fit him. “I went into SPECS FOR LESS on Monday to get the arm on the frame repaired or replaced. Well I have to say the associate went over and above looking for a frame to fit the lense. I told her please dont go to alot of trouble looking but she persevered and found a perfect fit. Today i got the call the glasses were ready for pickup. Im more than impressed with the friendliness and the outstanding service i received. I will return for exams and glasses for myself and family! Thank you.“

“I don’t know what they put in their coffee here but everyone is always so nice. They also have amazing deals and sales. I got my glasses here last year on Black Friday for a steal…I was pretty set on a pair I picked out but then one of the techs told me I would look better in rose gold. I always get compliments on my rose gold glasses. Just got my eye exam done and again, great experience with incredibly friendly staff. I have an Americas best very close to me but I choose to drive farther to this location because of the people.“

Cool Frames has followed up by a phone call from Lee (owner) in which we discussed our respective interpretation of events and experiences.
Clarification on both sides was mutually beneficial to understanding the international shipping process. As a resolution Cool Frames offered to compensate me for some of my additional unexpected costs. “Honestly - I had been a little concerned about not going to a "real doctor's office." However, I will be returning! Easy to make an appointment to get my eyes checked. The 'tech' or assistant who did all the tests was excellent. She explained everything so I knew when there would be a flash, or where to look, etc and exactly what they were testing. There was no wait. The doctor was very professional and friendly; she understood right away when I explained some of my vision history (since I'd never been there before). Asked questions about how I spend my day - in order to make recommendations regarding the glasses (progressives or not, etc) and always explained why. The office was clean, everyone was friendly; and most of the paperwork could be done beforehand online so I didn't spend 15 minutes writing my name and insurance info multiple times! Very happy.“
