Came to Carousel today to have an up-do done for my niece's wedding and was thrilled with the result. Donna ribboned the back of my hair beautifully and I received compliments all day! It also stood up to extreme heat and humidity. Donna was an absolute pleasure through our appointment and I highly recommend her and Carousel.Service: Hairstyling

I love my stylist's haircuts but she rarely accomodates walkins. My job requires me to work on call, so I cannot book an appointment. I've tried numerous times over the last year and am willing to wait 2 or 3 weeks for her to accomodate a walkin but she never lets me know when she's there already and has an extra timeslot available. The mixed reviews and photos on this page make me less confident in trying another stylist at the same salon. I've tried 3 other stylists at other salons but it's never as nice of a haircut. The communication issues are why I'm giving 3 stars and not 5. I'm trying another salon because the front desk today told me all the stylists take walkins...read full review

I had the best experience . I was feeling low and after getting my highlights I felt like a new person, not only did he make me look beautiful, he complimented me genuinely making me feel beautiful too. The owner has great amount of experience and everyone should visit him if you need hair guidance. Loved it!Service: Balayage
