“I have been going to Val for 4 years, followed her from her prior salon to Black Velvet and I will literally not go to ANYONE else!!! She is an amazing colorist and has done everything for me from balayage to single processes, short cuts, bangs…and I always leave so happy! My husband also left his barber to come to Val, and Val just started cutting our toddler’s hair too, and she is so good with her!! We all love her so much and could not recommend her enough!“
