“Astre Appliance repair came to my house in to look at my range. Unfortunately this range is a money pit so I had to decline. But I was not charge a service fee because I had canceled the appointment. I did so for the reason I heard the repair man’s son was in the hospital and he was trying to leave early. Ya Astre came the very next day and did not charge me the service fee because of the inconvenience such a gesture. I wanted to send Astre the service fee especially since I won't be getting the range fixed but they understood and would not take the payment.
