Our dishwasher wasn’t working properly and it affected the cleanliness of our plates and utensils. We called the service company and we requested their assistance. They dispatched their technician, and he tackled the problem with the strainer and filters easily. He also checked the other components, and he had the unit back to normal condition fast.
I was doing laundry last Tuesday when our washing machine suddenly started vibrating. I immediately turned it off and was too scared to turn it on. Today, I set up an appointment with the technician from this company, and he arrived on time. He fixed the problem fast. Plus, he was friendly and honest.
When I called the schedule the appointment the office was very nice and helpful in making the schedule around my day. Randy came to my house to look at my dryer. He called to confirm his time and let me know his ETA. He was very nice and helpful with what we should do. He took the time to look things up online for me and didn’t rush me at all with any questions I had. I will be using them again.
