“He was great. It's frustrating that there is a 10 year warranty on a system that isn't even 8 years old and they want to charge 500$ plus 85$ we just paid to have a certain part cleaned. We paid 10,000 for this system to be done and that she be covered under warranty but that isn't his fault.“
