I had been using the same plumber in Ocean City for almost 25 years. But when ownership of the company transitioned from the father to the son a couple years ago, the whole dynamic of how the company interacted with its customers changed, and not for the better. While looking for an alternative plumber, I came across Plumbing Tech’s website. Paul did a very thorough, professional job fixing our hot water heater issue. He was timely, explained clearly what needed to be done, and charged a reasonable price. Will definitely call him next time I have a plumbing issue.
