I wish I could rate Paul 6stars. I had a difficult water pressure issue at my home that several plumbers were unwilling to diagnose. By the time Paul arrived, I had already had multiple companies look at the problem without success.
What impressed me most about Paul was his genuine curiosity and determination to figure out what was wrong. Rather than rushing through the visit or giving up when the answer wasn’t obvious, he took the time to investigate, ask questions, and think through the problem.
