“Recently, I fractured my left wrist while playing basketball, which unfortunately has ruined almost my entire season. Although my fracture has not been too bad, it has required a great deal of physical therapy to regain use of my wrist, reduce swelling, tension, etc., and get it back to 100%+. However, I have found that selecting a physical therapist has not been as easy as I thought it would be. I originally went to another orthopedic clinic, where everyone was very nice, but not nearly as thorough as they needed to be. On top of that, they also did not take my insurance card.

However, after researching for a little, I found this wonderful place, and I must say that I am extremely happy with my selection. Dr. Rob is incredible. Not only is he highly intelligent, knowledgeable, and professional, but it shows in his work. Dr. Rob has already improved my wrist significantly in just a handful of sessions. “Our experience with Clifton Physical Therapy has been amazing! From the very first phone call with Tiffany, I knew that she was knowledgeable and skilled in managing sports related injuries. My son pulled his hamstring during a track meet and was in pain. Tiffany and Isabel created a treatment plan encompassing some acupuncture, cupping, red cord, palates and general exercises and stretches to help him loosen tight calf muscles, and strengthen and rebuild his hamstring. They provided education and encouragement, with some comic relief, to motivate him and properly train him on tasks like proper breathing when running to give his muscles oxygen. Avery made so much progress and within a 2 month period. We are so appreciative and grateful for all of the skills taught and personal attention given to aid in Avery's recovery.
