I bent my glasses pretty badly and popped in to ask if there was any chance they could be fixed. The gentleman was incredibly helpful and reshaped them back. He didn't even charge anything. I'm super appreciative of the quick & helpful service. I'll definitely be back for my eyeglass needs.

I have been getting my prescription glasses made, every few years as needed, at PS Optical in Nutley by owner, Phil, for ages (as have my family members). I believe great customer service is a rare commodity. Other businesses could learn from him. He is welcoming, personable, and doesn’t rush you. Since he also wears glasses, I trust his opinion on which frames look good on me and which do not. He listens when I express a preference of a certain “look” over another and he makes suggestions. We are in New Jersey for my niece's wedding. My daughter forgot her contacts. My sister highly recommended PS Optical, and she called to see if he could help us. He said he could. When we arrived, he not only gave us two pairs of contacts, but he would not let us pay for them. He just wanted to help us out! We are so appreciative and thankful for his expertise and kindness.
