The massage was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed, Sam was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The facial left my skin glowing and refreshed, and I could tell the esthetician Kim really cared about customizing the treatment to my skin's needs. The spa itself is beautiful, calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed, which made the whole experience feel relaxing from start to finish. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. They had every high end product you could need, were friendly, prompt, and showed true professionalism. Both women were focused on the job but very knowledgeable and personable. “Let me just say—DO NOT overpay at the hotel salons. This place is a hidden gem and an absolute wow! I was greeted with coffee, then treated to a relaxing head massage and hair wash. From there, my hair was styled two ways—braided on one side and pin-straight on the other—and it looked amazing. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating, even working with me despite my limited Spanish. I can’t wait to schedule again the next time I’m in town.“
