LA Fitness offers a wide range of amenities at an excellent value. Members can enjoy state-of-the-art equipment, basketball courts, group fitness classes, a pool, saunas, a Kids Klub, and personal training. The gym is praised for its vastly improved cleanliness, friendly staff, and respectful atmosphere. It is an awesome facility with enough space and variety for a great workout.
The management is highly commended for their exceptional customer service. One area for improvement noted by members is the volume of music. The gym is very crowded most of the time and re-racking of weights is still a problem. The locker rooms and sauna are a tight space and require mutual respect. There have been issues with the pool not being available and the sauna being closed. Potential members are advised that decorum can be better addressed.
Hot tubs been closed for weeks if not months and it's part of the reason I signed up. I need it for my medical recovery and managers always say next week. Then of course other locations nearby also have a closed pool and or hot tub. It's frustrating
Absolutely love this gym! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, and the variety of equipment is fantastic. I've met so many great people here; it's become my second home!
I've been a member of this gym for a few months now, and I absolutely love the variety of equipment available! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, plus the fitness classes are a great way to stay motivated. I'm so glad I made the decision to join!
