I absolutely LOVE this studio! I have been going here for over 5 years. The instructors are all AMAZING and the classes are the best. I always feel so relaxed and recharged after every session. The variety of classes also keeps me from getting bored. Their schedule aligns with mine with a nice combination of morning and evening classes. I highly recommend them. You will definitely be pleased. Give them a try…I did and never looked back. ?

Dhyana Yoga studio is amazing. I have taken hot yoga flow classes with Emily Pareti over 10 times and have loved every second of it. A lot of space and the temperature of the room was great. Emily is also a great instructor and was super helpful with making sure my form was correct. I have also taken one of her aerial yoga class which was quite the experience! I tried it out because I was intrigued and wound up having the best time! I was intimidated at first but would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone interested

I fell in love with this studio from my very first class. I highly recommend the introductory offer of unlimited classes for one month-- it allowed me to attend a variety of classes, and I loved them all! Every instructor, while each so different individually, had a spiritual touch to begin their class. The atmosphere allows you to detach from the cares of life and devote an hour to your own wellness and inner peace. All the instructors are approachable, easy to talk with, and eager to help you feel comfortable in their class. You will love practicing yoga here.
