If you want a home health aide through this agency don’t do it.They are very inconvenient. I had got a called on Monday stating that a lady was coming for my mother on Friday at 3pm just for them to call me yesterday the day before to let me know that lady will be no longer coming. So they scheduled me a different meet and greet with a different lady today for 3pm. So it started to pass time so I received a call from the agency at 3:04pm stating that the new lady will be coming she got lost. Just for it to be now 3:33pm & that the same lady is still lost from 3:04pm. Stating that she was lost she will not be coming at all . I asked them do she have the right address...read full review

Hopefully anyone thinking about utilizing this agency will read this in time. Do not trust them. they conduct their business very shady and unprofessional. they don't follow up on return calls or emails. they lie about hours that they are able to cover. they set up meetings without confirming. then they try to patch it all up with lies! I heard some of the most unprofessional responses from these people. I don't know what their end game is but it's not good!

My grandmother is a client at health and comfort. I have been with this company for over 5 years they have been very reliable and their staff is super professional. Calling in with an issue is never a problem because it is always resolved within a timely fashion. Whenever may aid can not make it they make sure to send in a replacement for my grandma. I've been with many agencies in the past and I can definetly say that health and comfort home care has been the only agency that made sure my grandmother received her care no matter what. Overall I am extremely happy with health and comfort and here to stay.
