Our experience—though less than six months—was extremely disappointing and, at times, distressing. On the very first night, after helping my son settle in, I was suddenly told there would be an immediate “blackout” period where I could not visit him. This had never been disclosed beforehand. For a parent and child who were used to seeing each other multiple times a week, this was devastating. This place is horrendous at least when it comes to their transportation team. The most unprofessional, loud mouthed, screaming at people, talking like characters straight out of the boondocks TV show, peeling out of there like Tokyo drift set of people I've ever seen in my life

Parents please be aware of this agency. They are not equipped to take care of people living with disabilities. My son was with them for less than 1 month and had to go to the E.R twice for injuries that occured in their care. They pay their staff horribly therefore you get the quality of care you pay for. The staff leaves like a revolving door. They placed my son is a facility with violent men (and lied to me about the house being no violence). My son is not 100 pounds and small. The other clients where 5'10 to 6.2. Again, they lied to me about the house being free of violence!
