My experience with Expert Home Care has been nothing but positive! We were in a pinch and needed services quickly and a referral source connected us with Mr. Esposito. Within a day he came with the home care professional and she started within days.

We had had aides before privately and had not used help from an agency. We were hesitant to use and agency based on heresay However we needed 24 hour help for my parents. We have been nothing but pleased with the help from this agency. We are confident that we made the right choice with Expert Home Care.

As others have mentioned, Expert is a solid operation. Frank and Ingrid managed to get our current aide Collins on fairly short notice in late October when we had to fire a dreadful aide from Lifeworx—steer clear of them. They made the transition so easy and Frank even drove Collins to my parents house which I thought was a class act.The communication from the office and nurses has been excellent overall.
