He arrived within our window after giving us about an hour's notice that he was on his way along with a tracker. He was courteous, knowledgeable about our issue and was able to fix it quickly. He even mentioned a couple other plumbing-related tips along the way and explained their warranty before he left. He was out within 20-30 minutes.“
