Squirrels had chewed up few wires which led to short circuiting four panels. It was December 2025 and they were super busy with new installations due to the expected expiry of solar panel subsidy. However, they promptly came, identified issue, then as soon as possible they replaced four of our panels and put new Critter guard. I would have given them five stars (even 6 stars) for their work. However, they needed to call our monitoring company Solaredge and put their name on as the contractors who took care of current and will with future work. Devon C was extremely professional and polite. Got the job done and let me know every step of the way what he was doing and asked if I had any questions when he was finished I would highly recommend this technician.

We had a ground fault error code on our system, and after several attempts to reach our original installer, we called Solar Medix. They were kind, professional, and very communicative both through phone/email before our appointment and in-person when resolving our issue. I will definitely use them in the future for my solar maintenance needs.
