Squirrels had chewed up few wires which led to short circuiting four panels. It was December 2025 and they were super busy with new installations due to the expected expiry of solar panel subsidy. However, they promptly came, identified issue, then as soon as possible they replaced four of our panels and put new Critter guard. I would have given them five stars (even 6 stars) for their work. However, they needed to call our monitoring company Solaredge and put their name on as the contractors who took care of current and will with future work. This would have allowed them to put four new panels on the Solaredge monitoring company’s grid. But despite several... read full review
