    A long wait for a “recall evaluation” - dealership determines whether recall part is necessary - if yes, then they order the part needed, then I have to come back AGAIN! Another LONG wait quite inconvenient.

    I texted the service rep 3x about my vehicle status while waiting -no response - another annoyance

    Sansone Kia Service Department have always been nothing but excellent when it comes to servicing my vehicles. Service reps Jay, Olivia and everyone there are great at keeping you updated on service and just make the whole process simple and easy! Great service 5 Stars!!!!!

    Made an appointment for 24k mile service and an oil change. After waiting 2hrs, they produced the car having only done the oil change. Really disappointing.

    Kia Sansone service has always been a pleasant experience. They have great staff that are resonsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I have worked with Spencer and Janis and been happy with the experience.
