I went to this store with my friend who was in need of a wig. Not only did she leave with a gorgeous wig, but the support we received during the process was beyond amazing. All of the staff were incredible and I can’t say enough about Miss Diane. She is a wonderful and empowering human being with a heart of gold and I am so thankful for how she made my friend feel during an emotionally difficult time. I am beyond grateful! ?

Used to love this place. The floor employees are amazing but the guy who worked the register today on 11/21/23 had an attitude and acted as if I was doing him a favor by patronizing the store. He was a jerk and I won't be returning.

I am giving two stars because I cannot deny that they have a very nice selection of wig styles but bear in mind that their shades are extremely limited. The person who handles their wig area repeatedly offered her assistance while my friend and I browsed. I intentionally waited before asking for assistance so that I would not waste her time. She was assisting another client for quite a while but I was respectful and waited; I did not want to disturb their time working together. When I asked to try three wig styles she assisted me but was visibly annoyed. I do not know if she was impatient because her last customer had taken a little while to make her choices (she purchased two wigs) but this salesperson seemed to expect me to decide in less than 3 minutes! I seriously considered purchasing all three wigs but none of the shades were available and then she told me I could purchased the display model but never mentioned any type of discount for this. She showed me another shade of my last choice and I asked if that color was on any of the other display wigs so that I could get an idea of what it looked like (difficult to really see color through storage netting in the way it is sold) since I was not permitted to take it out of the netting. At this point (bear in mind I was NOT there for very long) she said, "My food is on the table!" I had no idea she was going on her lunch; I had no idea that I would have to select what I wanted in less than 5 minutes to accommodate her; I just had no idea! She suddenly came back a minute later (never having answered my question) and rudely asked, "DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT?" I told her no thank you and for one reason only, I cannot make a purchase when someone is pressuring me because they are having a bad day! She then made some disparaging remarks about my current wig (I will admit my current wig is raggedy) but this was uncalled for and hurtful. I tried to laugh it off but I wanted to tell her that she lost a sale because of her unpleasantness toward me. Bottom line, I am a forgiving person and I know sometimes people have bad days but I just wonder if someone treated her the way that she treated me would she sit and take it or would she react with anger? I still need a wig very badly but it will be a cold day in hell before I ever return to this shop.

I recently moved to the area and tried this store for the first time, after spending over$ 200 , i decided to return 2 items, to my surprise, they said it's final sale!They should have told me before I bought it! they didn't even offer store credit!So i left the items on the counter and walked out! told them to donate them!By doing that they lost a very good customer who would have spent a lot more throughout the year!Be aware!

The owner or manager needs more education and respect for clients, she is very rude. . I do not recommend that store.
