I found Naava on a google search. The raving reviews about this salon do not do it justice. Excellent service. Tai was amazing! My hair is exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend to all.

I’ve been a client since 2022 and I love coming here. Taisha is very professional and knowledgeable. She not only does your hair but she teaches you how to care for your own hair in between visits. I never wait long and my appointment is never overbooked. She doesn’t just throw me under the dryer and forget about me. I love that about her. I am a forever client.

Run don’t walk to Naava Hair Studio. Tai and her team of professionals are AMAZING!! Tai is like the hair encyclopedia. Any questions you have, she is happy to answer. Tai is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She has been doing my hair for a decade and I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair! She has mastered hair care, styling, and professionalism. She specializes in natural hair and various hair weaving techniques. She has a “growing hand”, which is a plus! The atmosphere in the shop is friendly, comfortable, and relaxed. I definitely recommend Tai and NAAVA hair studio! ❤️

I have been going here since they first opened and Tai has yet to disappoint. Before and during every service, she thoroughly discusses pricing and expectations so I always leave with exactly what I hoped for! She is so knowledgable, personable, attentive and passionate. Terrible telephone etiquette, call me back on a Saturday morning before 9am to tell me she leaves at noon, after I tell the baby and I are still sleeping and continues to talk as if her call back was more important than our sleep. Then gets an attitude when I tell her I am not interested. First time impressions mean a lot and she obviously didn't care about me enough to say... "okay feel free to call me back when you wake up." I had to have the sleepy voice and she continued talking...talking about "AS I SAID FIRST TIME CLIENTS GET A $25 CONSULTATION FIRST AND WE GO FROM THERE"... IN MY HEAD LIKE LADY...I JUST SAID I WAS SLEEPING AND SHE CONTINUED TO TALK...THEN GETS AN ATTITUDE!! VERY DISAPPOINTING AND ONE OF MY BEST FRIENDS RECOMMENDED THIS SHOP! TAI NEEDS TO ADD EMPATHY INTO HER AGENDA AND LISTEN FIRST TO THE CLIENT...HER AGENDA IS NOT PRIORITY OVER OURS.
