“When I first reached out to George he was just about to leave to Florida for a few weeks and would connect with me when I came back. “I called this company the day before our huge snow storm. They were one of the only landscaping companies that were giving snow removal services for residences. I was actually nervous that I wouldn't hear from them once the snow fell, but they got in touch Sunday morning to ask if we needed to be dug out. I was so happy they were coming, and they got here, and my landlord happened to also have someone doing their property. They never informed me, in fact, it's in my lease that I have to clean my unit's property myself. It seemed like they had told this company not to do our unit because they were told to. It was a huge, huge mix up but I really would rather have paid this company to do it simply because they trekked out here after the snow. I felt horrible and asked if I could at least Venmo them some gas money, but no one ever responded. Either way, these are stand up people and I wouldn't ever hesitate to use them if I needed anything regarding landscaping done.“
