“When I first reached out to George he was just about to leave to Florida for a few weeks and would connect with me when I came back. I wanted to get my landscaping done before the busy season, and when I mentioned that he squeezed me in and reviewed the work I wanted done. My backyard needed a makeover. I just had a patio put in and it needed design for privacy and design for pleasing the eyes. Right off the bat I could tell he knew what he was doing. Right on the spot he identified the optimal places and look of the beds, assessed the sun/shade position, colors of my house, and rattled off what work best for the area. I have a best friend in landscaping in Chicago so I knew the basic principles - groups of 3, variation of sizes in the bed, taller on the corners. He nailed it all and so it was an easy choice to go with him.He and his team came by and knocked out the work in a few days...setting up beds, plantings, and adding soil and grading for a full sodding of lawn.
