“A few years ago, we had a leak in our kitchen after a heavy rain. A friend recommended Blue Nail. We contacted them, one of the reps came out, checked the roof, going into the attic plus sending up drones taking pictures. What impressed us at that time was his response to the leak - rather than telling us we needed a new roof immediately, he stated "we had a few good years left on this roof and it was probably just the storm since it blew sideways." So here we are in Jan 2024, another rain and windstorm but this time we lost many shingles on our 25-year-old roof. So now the "few good years" are gone, and Blue Nail came immediately to mind. We were able to make an appt within a few days, and got started on the project of roof and gutter replacements almost immediately, roof replaced in one day, gutters replaced two days later. No muss, no fuss. All individuals we dealt with were a pleasure. We're so glad our friend recommended Blue Nail so highly.“

“HIGHLY recommended. I came out because I had a leak way up on my roof in the vent stack. The guys came on time and went way up there and fixed it really, really well. They showed me photos of the old cover and it was in ruins. I also saw how they did the new one and by their work I could tell they were really knowledgeable on how to work on roofing. I asked about other parts of the roof, where they could have charged me more, but instead gave me some free advice and inspected the roof and patched some nail pops at no extra charge. “I used NJAHC to install a new roof two years ago. Although I rarely leave reviews, I left one at that time commending the work of the entire team. The staff was superb, and their service, efficiency, workmanship and overall demeanor were exceptional.Following a major rainstorm last week, we had a small water problem with unknown origin. When I left a message with NJAHC mentioning the issue (and that we had plumbers looking into its origin), not only did I receive a call back within hours, but Jon (the owner) came to my home to explore -- he went above and beyond what I would expect of our roof installer by exploring our attic to basement to try and identify the origin of the problem.At this moment, we have not yet identified the issue, but both our plumbing company (Air Group) and Jon have been outstanding. Jon indicated that he "hopes it is a roof issue", because if it is, he knows that he can easily solve any problem.Unfortunately, this type of service and accountability is rare in the service industry. “We used Feher for our new roof, siding and gutters. Jim was our main contact, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had a comprehensive estimate drawn up and the work was completed as quickly as possible. The roof was removed and the new one installed in one day, with the old material placed in the dumpster. Siding was next, with a foreman always on site, and Jim just a phone call away. We added some items along the way, and it was never a problem to adjust the plan. The gutters and leaf guards were done in less than a day. We are very pleased with our updated exteriors. We would not hesitate to use Feher again, and would recommend the company to others.“

“I am very pleased with the work completed on my house. I had been shopping around for quotes for some work I needed done on my bay window roof and siding. They sent a very knowledgeable worker who was able to answer all my questions and provide me with recommendations on the spot. While it was not the cheapest quote I received (but also not the most expensive), it was the most comprehensive in terms of work that would address a problem that I believed would solve an issue I was having with a leak. I have an older house (1900) with difficult to work with siding and Novalis was the only company whose quote directly targeted some damage to the siding above my bay window and offered what I believe to be a long term solution.Understandably, it took a few weeks for me to get on the schedule, but this was communicated up front with me and I was fine waiting. Once I was on the schedule I had a team of two workers come to my house and complete the work within two days. They reroofed the bay window roof, redid the flashing, cut a strip of siding to install edging which fixed the damage that was there, and installed gutters. Pictures were provided before, during, and after the work was completed. The workmanship is top tier and it fixed the leak I was having.Overall, I had a very positive experience with Novalis and intend on continuing with them for future work that needs to be completed on my house. I believe that the pricing quoted is appropriate for the value of the work, and their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend Novalis for anyone shopping around for a knowledgeable, high value roofing/ siding contractor, especially with difficult issues encountered with older houses.“
