“The instructors here are so informative and skillful, both during in-person classes and virtual classes, they're funny, and they are so accepting and helpful. They don't laugh at you or berate you or force you when you're nervous or if there's something you can't do--they meet you where you are and help you work up to what you need and give you something you can do in the meantime. I highly recommend them. I just wish there was a dojo closer to my neighborhood. I'm so happy I found their virtual classes during the pandemic; this school turned 2020 around for me.“

There are a lot of layers and it’s very multifaceted, which can take time to fully absorb, but I’ve learned and improved a ton.
