Based on the reviews, Perfect Air & Water Services did a great job installing new HVAC systems. Customers appreciated a separate team of inspectors that comes to check the system after it's been installed. The price was reasonable compared to other companies in the area. After so many years trying to get central air, no other company could do it because the basement was too low, but PAWS said it could be done and got it done in 3 days, including all new duck work. The crew worked tirelessly until the job was complete; they were polite, professional and cleaned up everything before leaving for the day. One customer had their entire HVAC system replaced and couldn't be happier. Alex was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and very accommodating, recommending high-quality equipment without trying to cut corners. The installation team was punctual, courteous, highly skilled, and incredibly thorough. It is refreshing to work with a company that delivers exactly what they promise. For plumbing, Bogdan was very inspirational, walked a customer through the problem, and explained how to fix it. He is extremely knowledgeable.
PAWS provided an excellent service replacing my water heater tank with a tankless unit. Provided competitive estimate, followed up with town on obtaining the permit, answered many questions I had in a professional manner, the service crew showed up on time, they worked tirelessly till the job was complete. Cleaned up everything behind them set and tested the unit for proper functioning. A job well done! Thank you!
