The first project was significant and complicated including removal of an enormous Oak tree that sat right next to our home. The second project was an emergency removal after a tree snapped and was leaning against some hemlock trees threatening our house. Jose Luis and his team came to price the job the same day and were here the next morning to get the job done before a pending snow storm. Complicated and dangerous - these guys didn't flinch. They are experts at what they do and have an incredibly professional approach. They are honest, efficient, courteous and their pricing was great. It's hard to find people to do good work these days and the Joe Marra team is the needle in the haystack. I have another upcoming project with them in the spring and can't wait to have them back. “Called them about a tree that came down on my property in the morning. They had a crew in the area and they came the same day. Took care of the tree and were very fast. If you want to deal with a tree company that has integrity and will actually do the right thing, then definitely keep looking for another tree service. These clowns were cutting a large tree at my next door neighbors house. First off no one gave me any notice that this was happening so I never had the chance to cover my koi pond or my pool. The workers were literally cutting large branches off and letting them fall directly into my yard, pond and pool. My backyard and pond were destroyed with saw dust and tree branches all over the place. When I showed their worker Eric, he immediately showed remorse and assisted in cleaning up, which was a good start. I had to call my pond service and pool company right away to come clean everything. I didn’t want the pool filter getting clogged and burning out from all the sawdust. More importantly I was trying to prevent any of my expensive KOI fish from dying. When I called the office, I spoke to Tara. She seemed like she cared and agreed to cover the costs of the pond and pool company’s emergency cleaning that was performed. Now that I have the bill in hand, Tara won’t reply to any of my messages. Talk about a having a lack of integrity and pulling a scum of the earth move. I would say there are plenty of tree services that would do a much better job and also know how to properly handle a business. I despise people with zero integrity, this company is a joke. The only person who is a decent human being on their team is their worker Eric. Stay away at all costs. Contact me if you want any proof, google reviews won’t let me post videos unfortunately.“

“We spent a year looking for a professional tree removal company. Too many of the companies had such poor communication that we had to chase them first for response to our inquiry and then again to get our estimate. I kind of gave up during last Winter and resumed again this Fall. In total, we received six quotes from six different companies and are SO THANKFUL we saw Adirondack recommended on our town's local neighbor Facebook page.One of the owners, Bill, responded immediately and came out himself the next day and handed me a written quote. He answered and followed up immediately via phone call and text to a question I had after he left. While many other companies gave me red flags, every flag Adirondack held up was green. He was also the ONLY company to explain that he needed a permit to take down my two dead trees and I provided him the info he needed to send his request off to the town. “Very happy with the service provided by Bartlett. Kevin arrived as promised true to the appt time and walked the property with me to review my areas of concern and make suggestions. The work included pruning, removing some trees with stump grinding, and soil care. The crew was 3 or 4 guys and they did a great job. I should have thought ahead of time to move my flowerpots from their work area but they were kind enough to clear the area themselves and they put everything back on their own initiative. I thought that went above and beyond. The soil care was a separate team that came on a different day. There was a slight delay on a dead tree that needed to be removed hanging over my shed (needed a different truck to reach that area, which was discussed ahead of time), but Kevin made sure the tree was removed before we had inclement weather that would put my property at risk. All the work was completed within a month following the contract, with the majority done just 2 weeks after signing the contract, which I was pleased with. Would have them back and would recommend the services to others.“
