As soon as Iva touched my face, I just knew she was the one.She double cleansed my face in one incredible swooping motion, and also massaged the heck out of it. I got the herbal facial, and passed out during the guasha and scalp massage. She is so sweet and personable, plus the spa was very clean and inviting. I booked my second appointment and plan to go once a month for maintenance. Because there are so many medspas out there using high tech equipment, there’s something extremely special about finding a place who does organic facials giving incredible facial massages.“

“I have been searching for a facial that also included a massage because I couldn't decide if I wanted a facial or a massage for my birthday and I didn't want to have to go to two different places and I found Cloud 9. I read the review and I got excited to try it. I was a bit worried because what if the reviews were not true or what if it didn't suit my standards? I made an appt with Yelitza through Helene who was away but still managed to text me and schedule something for me. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very relaxing ambiance and inviting clean and soothing smell. I was happy to see that they don't allow shoes inside the studio. This made me so happy because hygeine is important to me. Yelitza came to get me at the front waiting area. She was so sweet, kind and very warm. So I laid down on a heated bed in a calm and serene room. She gave me a thorough, deep and heavenly 30 minute back massage to start off. Then followed by over an hour relaxing and cleansing facial ( she extracted impurities and not just lathered my fave with cream). What I love about this experience was that she was massaging my neck and head while waiting for thr serim/cream to absorb on my skin. Most places I have been to, they leave you for 15 minutes and come back when your face is ready after the steam. Not Yelitza. She never left me so I felt that the over and hour service I paid for was really an hour and not 20 minutes because she was literally by my side all through out. She also never intruded my peace and quiet but only talked to me when I talked to her. She had great bedside manners. I loved my experience here and will make this my annual birthday treat for myself but will definitely go back for my regular facials.Thank you so much!!!“

She visited for the first time Wednesday night and had a massage with Ines. My mom suffers from debilitating chronic pain and I was weary about sending her because often her massage therapy experiences don’t go well due to her conditions. We also come from a family of massage therapists, so we could be tough critics. I just want to say thank you so much to Ines, for her patience and for her healing hands/heart.
